Matthew Lawrence (He/Him)
Matthew is the founder of EDUCO Education Inc., where he has grown the company into a multi-location organization supporting thousands of students across Newfoundland and Labrador through comprehensive tutoring services. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University and is completing his Master of Education in Educational Leadership at Yorkville University. Recognized with awards such as Venture of the Year and Excellence in Financial Management, Matthew leads a team of over 40 educators and continues to focus on creating innovative, high-quality learning experiences for all EDUCO students.
Operations Manager
Mackenzie Pollard (She/Her)
Mackenzie brings a well-rounded background in both education and administration to her role as Operations Manager. She began her journey with EDUCO as a high school math and physics tutor, where she found great fulfillment in helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. In addition to her educational experience, Mackenzie worked with the Canada Revenue Agency as an Assessment Processing Officer. In this role, she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Mackenzie is excited to bring her diverse experience back to EDUCO, supporting students and tutors while helping the organization continue to grow and thrive.
